The bear guards the buckle
When the seat is empty, the WeeMind bear sits in the harness buckle. While it's there, the buckle can't latch — so you can't miss it.
You take it to buckle up
To strap your child in, you lift WeeMind out of the buckle and slip its coil onto your wrist like a bracelet. The seat latches exactly as normal.

Curved tongue
Fits the most seats: seats with a curved buckle tongue.
Flat tongue

Seatbelt version
For booster seats or seats that the seatbelt straps over. Works with most car seatbelts.
Doona base
For the Doona car seat base: lives in the base and blocks it, so you take it out before setting the Doona in — then it rides along on your wrist.

Which version do I need?
Match the metal tongue on your seat to one of three shapes — curved (Type A), flat (Type B), or notched (Type C). The fit guide above walks you through it in about ten seconds, and you can always send a photo so we can confirm.
What if I order the wrong fit?
Reach out and we'll make it right — we'd rather you have the version that actually locks into your buckle. When in doubt, check with us before ordering.
Is it safe to put something in the buckle?
The bear only occupies the buckle when the seat is empty. You take it out to buckle your child in, exactly as you normally would — it's never in the buckle while your child is seated.
Does it need batteries or an app?
No. WeeMind is purely physical. Nothing to charge, no signal to lose, no app to open. It just works, in any car, every time.
